Stay away from these guys! They advertised natural gas rates about. $.05/ccf below UGI's "price to compare" during the summer Then, in December or January when you're really using gas, they astronomically raise the price. In January, mine went to $.67/ccf, when UGI's price to compare for January was only $.55/ccf. They robbed me of $52 on that one month alone. The problem is that you only find out what they're going to charge after you get a bill, and then you can't switch away from them for 60-90 days because it takes that long till you get the bill with the new price, and then for the utility to read the meter and make the switch to another company! I called them, and they claimed "that's the price, we charge the same to all our customers, blah, blah blah". I finally got free and will never use them again! DO NOT TRUST SHIPLEY ENERGY!
