I had made the horrible mistake of allowing some of my lasagna noodles slip down into my garbage disposal. I hadn't thought too much about it as it seemed like the disposal was chopping them up quite fine. It wasn't until both sinks started to fill with water that I realized how much the noodles must've expanded and stuck to the sides of the pipes causing a massive clog. I called Roto Rooter and they dispatched their tech, Tom who arrived within 30 minutes. I was extremely impressed with how quickly he was able to resolve the issue. He was very neat and cleaned up all of the affected areas where he had removed the pasta clog from the pipe. I imagined that I would need to wait all day to get a plumber out to fix my kitchen sink, but I'm very pleased with the quick and thorough service that was provided to me.
