When I first called this garage door repair company, I had a situation they described as "Unlike anything we've ever had to deal with." I had a terrier attack the base of the garage door, and ride up with it until all four paws were off the ground. Eventually, the metal base of the garage door started to pull away from the door itself due to the weight of the dog and the dog slid off. Unlike the dog, the metal did not eventually return to its previous state. I called this garage door company and Steven came out and he was awesome. I was running late and called him to apologize, and he couldn't have been nicer about it. Not only that, but he fixed the door for less than had been estimated (which was pretty good to begin with), AND did some other little touch-ups. I am a very busy person, and this is only the second review I've given in 3 years on the internet, but these folks live up to the hype and I want to make sure they continue to get business. Great service all around!
