This man is the most rude, arrogant, condescending jerk I have ever met!! He treats your tenants like crap have dealt with him personally as a renter close to someone currently does. They have been a good tenant no problems or incidents. He told them if they didnt like what he was saying they should just move...How crazy, tell a paying tenant to move because of his own ego and have the place empty with no income from a faithful paying tenant??? I referred people to him regarding a property and he told them they were not suitable for this location, but they have steady monthly income 3 times the rent, decent credit but chose to refer them to properties that were rundown in areas they chose not to live? None the less it ended up being a "black issue." If you care about your manager tenant relations I Strongly suggest not using this place.
