wow. literally 1 hour ago we called these guys. they gave us a price that was $50 more than the other guy we called (who, incidentally, had one semi-ok review on the internet).
the guy showed up, said they had lowered their prices (w/o me asking about it), told me it would be $215 to replace both springs on my door. which was still $15 more than the other guy, but i'll pay $15 for some quality reviews.
so now, it's one hour later (exactly), and my garage door is fixed. everything looks good, the repair dude was super cool and super professional, and i can get back into my garage. i'm a fan.
