Had recently purchased a house and had a buyers warranty. Was told to contact Tucker Roofing to fix a leak that was in the FROG. Tried to contact him for 2 weeks to set up an appointment. Finally talked to someone to come out and all I kept hearing was excuses why he hasn't gotten around to us. Scheduled an appointment for the next day and never showed even after he tells me that he was on the way. Tried to contact the company to find out why they are late and could get voicemail only. It's difficult for me to believe there are businesses out there with a professional work ethic so ridiculous. Ended up contacting the warranty company to get a different roofing contractor.
