How many times has someone taken in a vehicle for what was believed to be a particular problem (such as brakes) and it wasn't--and that service owner reported that to the car owner? I dare suggest, not often, yet that has happened with me more than once & also with members of my family, whom I've recommended go there. STORY: my young newly-married grandson-in-law, in school; low on money, resisted my advice to take their cars there for service; oil, etc. 'cause they could get much cheaper via coupons at one place or the other....'til he thought the brakes were bad. His wife & I dropped car off at Cahaba, expecting to receive brake job. To her surprise, we received a call that the car was ready, barely after we'd returned home. Another surprise when we arrived; didn't need brake job! This made a believer of her husband!...(I have recommended this place to friends, and also on FB.)
