Review content:
They were very welcoming, offering us drinks and things when we were at the office. And under the circumstances they were exceptionally helpful. 99% of the time I got answers to my questions very quickly. But if she didn't know the answer she would tell us that she would get the answer and she always did. My case was very complicated because it was a friend driving the car and then there were railroad issues but I think they did the absolute best they could and I was very happy with the results.
