After our initial consultation with Joe, Steve and Stephanie, the feeling we left there with was - we're in good hands. All of them were genuinely sincere in the loss that we had. To sit with Joe himself on the first consultation - that to me was unprecedented. He was there for the initial meeting right through to the end. Available whenever we needed.
