I had cheer pictures taken with the company of my daughter. They snapped a picture without even allowing her to smile and you can tell it was a very fast careless photo. I attempted to contact by phone and email to retake or get a refund. He refuses to respond to any of my attempts and just does not care that my childs photos turned out horribly. He also was very impatient and rude to all of the children. I wont purchase pictures from this company again.
