PLEASE BE AWARE!!! THIS PLACE FLOODS!! THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION. THEY ARE JUST LOOKING TO MAKE MONEY. THE HOMES THAT ARE BEING ADVERTISED ARE THE HOMES THAT WERE FLOODED AND HAVE BEEN REPAIRED! WHEN WE FLOODED BACK IN MAY, THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP OR COMFORT US! WE WERE TOLD TO GET OUR ITEMS OUT OF THE HOME AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE SO THAT THEY COULD START REPAIRING THEIR HOMES. THEY DID NOT OFFER US ANOTHER UNIT. THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER THE FLOOD, WE SAW PEOPLE MOVING INTO A UNIT THAT HAD NOT FLOODED TWO DOORS DOWN FROM US. WHEN WE CONTACTED MANAGEMENT TO ASK ABOUT THIS, THEY STATED THAT THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT. WE HAVE TWO CHILDREN AND TWO PETS THAT WERE DISPLACED BY THE FLOOD. THE PEOPLE THAT THEY ALLOWED TO MOVE INTO THE NON FLOODED UNIT DID NOT HAVE CHILDREN, YET THEY TOOK PRIORITY. WE LATER FOUND OUT THAT THOSE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDS WITH THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL. WHEN HEADQUARTERS CAME TO ASSESS THE DAMAGE, NO ONE BOTHERED TO ASK HOW WE WERE OR EVEN OFFER ANY SYMPATHY OR HELP. WE DID HAVE FLOOD INSURANCE BUT THAT IS GARBAGE TO HAVE TOO. THEY WOULD ONLY COVER THE FLOOD IF THE WATER CAME IN THRU THE ROOF. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A HUGE RIP OFF. OUR RENT WAS $935 FOR A 3 BEDROOM 2 STORY HOME. WE NOW HAVE A BIGGER HOME THAT WE ARE RENTING FOR MUCH LESS.
