Review content:
Surely it is a profitable business, but I would think a friendlier approach to the customer would be an asset to this place. My husband and I have been there 5 or 6 times over the years and have never gotten a customer friendly response from anyone working there, including the owner. I also find their prices higher than any other health food store in our town or in areas within 30 miles. I am a professional and do not think I look like a thief or shoplifter, but always have been approached in a rude way when I have been in that store. Maybe they have a problem with that. I over heard someone else saying almost the same thing while I was waiting for an appointment recently. Thus the reason for this unfavorable review. Maybe they can work on a customer friendly approach.
