This place seems to be in the business of ripping off the ill and in-firmed. Because of my injury I had a friend purchase, by credit card, a medical device that I needed for recovery while I waited in the car. When my friend got back to the car we realized it was the wrong product. Progressive Mobility would not allow us to return it even though it had only been just minutes prior that we purchased it, claiming they had no way to issue a return. They could only give us a non-expiring store credit. now I own something I don't need and have to spend more money to buy something I do need because of their incorporation. I would not shop again at the store.
