I brought my car down to Kenny's to be repaired. I authorized them to do certain work to my vehicle. They had my car for a total of a week to do a head job which is 6 hours of labor. They had to send out a few parts that took two to three days to get back. In the course of the repairs they were authorized to do they "came across" some other "problems" including a thermostat that was replaced the day the car was brought into the shop. I was never called and asked if I wanted the work to be done on the car I was never asked if I wanted my brand new thermostat to be replaced. I had to call this shop daily to find out what the status of my vehicle was. Finally after 3 days of the car being in the shop they quote me a price of $1300.00 2 days later they finally finish the work still don't call me to let me know the vehicle is done and when I do arrive to pick the car up they tell me that the new price is going to be $1500.00. They said that they " ran into some issues" while making the othe
