I called needing an estimate from an electrition for the insurance. Our house had been struck by lightning and needed electrical work as soon as possible. When the lady called me she told me the company didn't do estimates and when I asked if she knew anyone who did she said she's never heard of anyone giving estimates. Needless to say, the next company I called was glad to come out, and once we received the estimate it was approved and paid in full to the company.
I never got a chance to actually interact with anyone but the girl who called me. However, she was enough to make me never call the company again.
