I am a very laid back person and can tolerate pretty much anything but not a LIAR. I will never take my little dog there to be groomed again. First of all when I called to see what they charged for everything that I wanted done and they told me a price after asking me what type of breed and everything. After I had scheduled and appointment and went back in to pick her up the amount they told me was way higher then what was quoted. After calling, what I guess was the owner, they came up with the conclusion that it was a misunderstanding on what they said was my end of the deal. Even though the girl I spoke to on the phone repeated everything that I had told her I wanted done before she gave me a quote there was no misunderstanding. Not to then mentioned that her cut was the exact opposite then what I asked for. I wanted her body cut short but not shaved while her face and feet were shaved for the most part in which when I picked her up her up and her face was long and shaggy (bas
