I had an emergency yesterday. The owner was very kind & cordial. He took my need seriously & got me service right away. I was able to leave the shop with my problem solved; at a very reasonable price.\r
I was amazed at how clean & inviting this establishment is; so much nicer than auto places usually are. They have plaques all over the walls, informing customers of the quality of workers who handle the vehicles. There is a large, pristine aquarium, with many fish, in the office; which creates a peaceful atmosphere. It is near the comfortable couch & chairs, courteously provided for waiting customers.\r
The workers are polite & cooperative. The owner is a hard-working man who tries to solve problems that customers bring. \r
I was very satisfied. I would recommend that your try Ranchwood Autoworks before listening to disgruntled customers who would have brought their same raunchy attitude & broken car to anyone. This good place just happened to be unfortunate enough to get a compla
