Review content:
Justin showed up as scheduled and was very professional and courteous. He listened to my summary of the problem and immediately located the problem - the insulation inside the duct fell on top of the coils preventing/restricting proper air flow and caused condensation to fill drip pan and discharge onto the patio. He also topped off the freon which was a tad low and did all of this in a timely manner. He took the time to explain everything he needed to do before doing it. I learned a lot by watching him work and now have a greater understanding of how the entire system works. Great Job! Will certainly call them again if needed and highly recommend them as your first choice.
