Review content:
Really, they don't deserve one star. I bought a pre-owned vehicle. The second day I had the car I discovered water in the floor board on the driver's side. I took it back to the dealership to get it repaired. When I did get it back, I was told that the sunroof vents were clogged and they cleaned them out. The third day the water was back only when the air conditioner was on. I took it back and this time they told me that it was the air conditioner vents were clogged and they cleaned them out. I took it on vacation thinking that the car was fixed and while on vacation I discovered water in the floor board on the driver's side. I had to take the carpet and the mat under the carpet out and put a towel down to soak up the water. I drove around for a week with a towel and ringing the towel out out at night to dry. A mechanic told me it was my heater box which was clogged and it would cost $800 to pull the dash and fix it. When I returned from vacation I took it back to the dealership, I told them what it was and they would not believe me. I had to show them the soaked towel, the mat and the floor edging that I pulled up ( 4th) visit. They fixed it but left wires hanging out of the dash and oil stains on the interior. I talked to the to the dealership general manager to fix the issues. Then I had a squeaking in my wheel so I took it back (5th) visit. They said it was the brake pads and it wasn't. They called themselves changing the pads but the squeaking was still there. I took it to a mechanic and it was the caliber. I got him to replace it. The seats squeaked so I oiled them. I will not buy another car from them. I wait every day for more problems. NO!!! They would not take it back after taking it back 5 times in 2 weeks after buying it. I should have went to McKinney Dodge where I bought my used truck and never had a problem. I just need to let people know.
