the guys who came out to clean our ductwork were kind and professional, but I kind of felt like it was a bait and switch deal. When I called to set up the appointment, I was told the service price was by square footage, no one said anything about extra charges. I agreed to the extra charges for the dryer vent cleaning and new air filters, but when I was told sanitization cleaning was extra, I thought that should have been included. When the job was half done, they discovered we have a second furnace. I thought nothing of it because I was told the job price was by square footage. No one said anything about an extra charge for another furnace. So my original quote of $495, ended up being almost double :-(
