this guy is a incompetent, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. i would never call him for any work.
got his number off his little tiny truck driving down the freeway on 101 near Candlestick. needed to change fixture in my bathroom sink. checked yelp and got 1 good rating, maybe he's new, so decided to try him out.
he changed the fixtures for $180.00, and everything looked good for a few days until my daughter told me there's water under the bathroom sink where we keep supplies. called him back for service and asked him nicely to rectify the leak, instead of doing a quick fix, he denies any wrongdoing and quoted me almost double his original quote to reset the fixtures. he needs to take it apart and put it back together so it's 2x the work. we had a little disagreement and he decided to walk out, and gave me the middle finger on the way out. what the heck! he even continued to point and acted like he's shooting me with his fingers. this is totally UNPROFESSIONAL!!! for someone in business.
i called another handyman who was able to tighten all the fixture and caulk the joints for $50.00. problem solved. now i have to worry if molds have started growing under my sink.
Fixx It Co is probably new to the business and i wouldn't call them for any work.
