Review content:
My dad and I had taken my car in for another recall on my 2007 Rav4. We were told that the car would have certain repairs and that the car would be washed and ready before we picked it up again. We got to the dealership and the first thing I noticed when I saw the car was that it was washed in a very sloppy manner. The tires looked as if someone took a brush and ran over it a couple of times but was still very dirty. We took the car home and notice a decent sized scratch on the right side of the car and neither my dad or I had known of it before taking it in. We called in and asked about it but the man who helped us said he made a call and all they said to him was that they noticed it beforehand. My dad and I are really thorough with our cars because we check the oil and the overall car on a weekly basis and neither one of us can pinpoint where it came from. The phone call was short and the fact that they said they noticed it before, whether it be true or not, made us powerless to do anything. We don't have any proof if it was there before we only knew that it wasn't. They apologized about the poor wash but I don't know if we would want to take the car in again.
