Worst car rental experience ever! My insurance company sent me to them because they have a contract with them. At first, I thought they were very nice and courteous. While I was signing paperwork, they asked me if I wanted extra coverage in case car got totaled for $26.99 per day. I respectfully declined but the girl pushed it and said you can get it just for today and call us IF YOU WANT TO EXTEND THE COVERAGE. Since I had no desire to extend the coverage I did not contact them. I was shocked when I returned the vehicle and they charged me $26.99/day for 10 days. I told them that I did not want that coverage and that I had agreed to it for one day only. They just said you signed the contract and were totally unwilling to make any attempt to resolve the issue. I never wanted the coverage and the way it was explained was they would drop it after the first day unless I called to extend it which I did not do. I would never, ever use this company again. They are only out to rip you off!
