I have been a return customer at Discount Plumbing for about eight years, and it's always a pleasure working with them. They generally just do routine plumbing work and pipe unclogging for me but it's the great customer service that really makes it a nice experience. I always request Phil Fuentes when I need a plumber because he has done a great job in the past and it's great dealing with him. He is professional, efficient, courteous, and a great communicator. He always calls ahead of time to let me know when he will arrive, and I appreciate his punctuality. Phil clearly explains what he's doing, and he is a very good listener too. I never feel like he is rushing the work, rather he takes his time to make sure that he does a quality job. Overall, I am happy with my experience with this company and with Phil. I have never been disappointed by their service and I recommend their work highly.
