Horrible experience. There was some difficulties with the truck, and their service department didn’t do what they promised. I was told they would do an EGR delete on my F250 and they didn’t do it. However they forgot to mention that it did not get taken care of. A month later the EGR cooler cracks and costs me $400 in towing, and they would not do the EGR delete even though they failed to do it earlier and I had paid for it. I get a call after splitting the cost of doing the EGR delete with them and they inform me I need to replace the heads, they are shot. I surprised them and had the truck towed to a reputable diesel shop here in St. Louis. They had disconnected the exhaust, 14 miscellaneous bolts were missing, Stuff was unplugged, they broke the radiator hose off and JB welded it back on, and one of the engine controls were unplugged. No wonder it had trouble starting. Turns out Midwest motors diagnosis of a $4500.00 repair to the heads was BS. $200 in diagnostic fees
