This review is long overdue, but I have to express my gratitude to Luis and Liz for transporting my best friend and baby Bernard, a 3 year old Pit Bull, from California to Virginia. I’ve never used any pet transport service, so naturally I was somewhat worrisome. They arrived just on time to pick him up and they indulged my helicopter mom behavior as I made sure Bernard had his bed, all of his toys and said goodbye. They’re extremely professional which I highly appreciated and which also aided in my trust. They texted me updates that included his eating, urine & bowel movement status as well as pictures of Bernard in various states they drove through, which now, my dog has been to more states than I have! The pictures were truly the icing on the cake that let me know Bernard was calm, comfortable and happy. Luis and Liz are both such sweet and compassionate people and I HIGHLY recommend their transport service.
