The shop where we took our cars for many years in Warrenville, Voegtles, had changed for the worse when the son of the original owner took it over, in my opinion. After many bad experiences, I realized that I needed to find a new repair place that I could trust. Normally, I do my own work - brake jobs, tune-ups, etc. But sometimes because of the weather or for other reasons, I take my car to a shop. Jim's was right down the street from me so I decided to give them a call for some minor work. I knew what had to be done. The part that needed to be replaced had a retail price of $12 and it would have taken me about one to two hours to do the job but a shop with a lift could do it faster. I talked to Jim (I guess it was Jim!) and told him that I had lived in town for 25 years and I wanted to change shops and I hoped that he would be my new shop of choice. He assured me that he would. Later, he called me to suggest that I have him do one other thing while he had the car. It was another sim
