Jeff Gardner installed my Bruno Wheelchair lift about a year or so ago. It has facilitated me and has truly made my quality of life better because it has made the arduous task of climbing stairs (which was a very dangerous affair that caused a few accidents and trips to the ER several times) a thing of the past. The life Jeff installed in a professional and expeditious manner has worked great. Being a Disabled American Veteran and Amputee (AKA) I can testify that not only is this Bruno lift extremely helpful and makes getting groceries and other objects from garage level up to house entrance level a breeze. I just load my cases of water on a simple dolly and roll onto lift. Then I load up my 4-wheeled, home grocery transport cart with all of my bags of groceries and wheel them unto the lift and then stand on the loading ramp. I simply push the "up" button and abracadabra...next thing I know I am at house entry level where I can easily wheel things into house. Two days ago my lift stopped working and I figured it was just a fuse or something simple. I called Jeff Gardner today and left him a voice mail. Within a few minutes Jeff returned my call and offered to drive up the canyon to my semi-remote address in the mountains. I said that would be great. Jeff was here in no time and got right to work. I have a few things linked to the same circuit breaker that the lift is routed to. Sure enough Jeff had identified the problem and also took the time to clean the lift area, made sure the lift was operational by redundantly operating it up and down several times. Kudos to Jeff Gardner for his excellent service, nice personality, for taking initiative, for making sure that I was taken care of and for being here literally within minutes after calling him about the issue. Without this lift and my automatic sprinkler system working I would not only be unable to access my outside from the garage and be able to utilize my awesome lift. My automatic sprinkler system is tied to the same breaker that the lift is linked to so my grass had not been watered in the last few days since the breaker was opened. Jeff not only saved me by fixing my lift and overhauling it with minor tune-up and cleaning (along with operational testing it multiple times) it but Jeff also saved my grass, flowers, trees and all of my landscaping from dying from no water. So with all sincerity I say to Jeff Gardner and everyone at Accessible Systems Inc. "Thank You!" Without you and your care I would be accessing my home in a dangerous manner and have dead grass.
