They came into the house and quoted me 386 dollars to bid on the job, just to tell me what they needed to do. It $7,000 and the replaced pipe went from house to sidewalk. Not even completed job to street. The pipe length was 75 feet at 10 feet deep, replaced by pushing pipe through and busting out old pipe. Took 8 hours. However, now they claim that we have to replace inside plumbing for 3600 at least inside house because they did not solve interior problem. While there work is exceptional, the plumbers are all salesmen and do not really know what they are doing. They used mini camera should have used full camera and did not provide any video. Used pressure sales tactics and inflated prices to get you to go with their service and avoid due diligence.
