This was a pleasant experience from the moment I called for AC service. Since I work nights, it's great to have the later services hours. Prior to the technician arriving, the dispatch center called twice to update the status of my service call.
The technician, Greg, was professional, conversational, and got the job done. The fan motor came with a 2yr warranty, much better than other service companies. I have already gotten an estimate for future service. Applewood is first rate!
