Review content:
I received excellent service from Applewood Plumbing and will be calling them again when needed. The service man arrived a little over one hour after I called and was very courteous and professional. He took care of the problem completely and told me how to prevent it from happening again. We had water in our basement bathroom coming in from the window well. After correcting the problem, he removed all the water from the window well and then laid absorbent pads on the tile floor to soak up all the water. I very much appreciated this and was very pleased with all the service received. My first experience from Applewood was a very good one and I would recommend them. I also appreciated the email prior to his arrival with his picture, the shoe covers he wore and the follow up phone call from Applewood.
