Review content:
My story starts out like the fake reviews do on these pages. I was out of town needed a plumber to replace a valve in a rental property toilet. I found the positive reviews on all the sites and thought ""well these guys must be good"" \r

""Plumber"" Issue Description 'Partial Toilet Rebuild'\r
\r
Cost Est. $348.00\r
\r
Non-technical repair description: Replace Flap in bottom of Toilet Tank.\r
\r
My Response: Laughing, Told the ""Plumber"" not to reenter my property and that if they wanted their service charge to have the owner call me. No response yet. It's been months\r

This company is owned by people who clearly have noway to make a living off of legitimate work and work ethics. They hire the same types of people as well. Clearly they make alot of money but this by no means qualifies as a true company. A true comapny in the sense that they would make money by providing a valued service, charge accordingly and do not purposely rip off their customers. Tricking people into paying for things they don't need and/or GROSSLY overcharging for services is ripping people off. I'm sure the justification is that people agree to pay so that makes it ok but truely most people don't have the time or inclination to figure out if they are getting ripped off or not. I'm busy and I expect that professionals in an area of expertise should handle my plumbing issues with a certain level of ethics. ANYONE who charges a flat rate per job and can not break down the labor and hardware costs is ripping you off.
