I called the Applewood plumbing & heating after being told by excel energy that my ""no heat"" problem was not something they could fix. I called Applewood to see if a technician could come out, thinking that the $99 dollar service fee would be nothing compared to being warm. \r
BOY WAS I WRONG!! the on call customer service representative who answered the phone must have forgotten who she worked for or why someone would be calling at this time of night (WE'RE COLD), then when I DID receive a call from the on call technician, he informed me that he ran out of invoices and it would be a $99 service charge ( I KNEW THAT), and that I would basically need to wait until the hours of 6-7 am on Thursday morning. I went on line and seen RAVE reviews and decided.... I'll call back and maybe someone else is working and will come get me some heat in my home.... The SAME woman answered telling me that the guy was the ONLY technician working and whatever he said was what I needed to do. DID I MOVE TO THE WRONG ZIP CODE? IS THERE BAD RELATIONSHIPS WITH APPLEWOOD AND THIS AREA? WILL I EVER EXPERIENCE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MONTBELLO?
