When I first made the phone call regarding my furnace not warming the house but still running, the very friendly voice on the other end of the line assured me that there could be someone out there first thing in the morning. I had called late the night before. They worked around my schedule, keeping me informed on their ETA. Right on time. The Technician was absolutely wonderful. Explained what the issue was in ""normal"" words, fixed the problem, explaining what he was doing the whole time. In no time at all, he was done and not only did I have a smile on my face, but he did too knowing he did a fabulous job! Thank you so much!! Customer service DOES still exist!
