Totally satisfied with the experience. Visit was for furnace work. Courteous, efficient initial telephone contact. The technician arrived as scheduled. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Upon completion of the work he answered several questions I had on additional furnace/air conditioning subjects and other matters. I felt I knew a lot about the company when he left and intend to use Applewood again in the future. The price was fair. There are other companies who might do the work cheaper. But, Applewood has a nice track record, is licensed, bonded and insured, with a guarantee on repairs and installation. You get what you pay for. I was able to split the payment between check and credit card -- very convenient. Received a followup call the same day as service to determine our satisfaction. Would recommend Applewood heating work to others.
