LAST WEDNESDAY 2-17-2010,IWAS VACUUMING AND PULLED OUT A WIRE IN MY HOT WATER HEATER,IHAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS.CALLED APPLEWOOD THEY CAME OUT AND JUST PLUGGED IT BACK IN AT NO CHARGE,I THOUGHT IT WAS BROKEN,THANK YOU GUYS,I HAVE USED APPLEWOOD MANY TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.THEY ARE FAIR AND REASONABLE.EVERYONE I HAVE DEALT WITH HAS BEEN VERY NICE EVEN WHEN I HAVE BEEN UPSET ABOUT SOMETHING BREAKING DOWN OR PLUGGING UP.SO IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER/ELECTRICIAN AND WANT SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST CALL APPLEWOOD. THANKS AGAIN
