This company is a joke. We had an appointment ste for Wednesday between 4-6PM. They call us at about 2:00, after I had already made plans with work to leave, and they tell us they cannot make it. They would have to come out Friday instead. \r

But here's the catch, we had to call Friday morning to make an appointment. So we call 1st thing in the morning and are forced to leave a message. 4 hours later and no phone call from them. We finally call back and they tell us we have to wait another day until they will come out. \r

So we have had a possible gas leak since Wednesday and because of their failure to uphold their scheduled appointments I'm hoping my family doesn't die.\r

CONTINUED::: So thie company just called me again and canceled a second time. They said because someone with children called in with no heat. OK, me and my kids have a possible gas leak. This company is the biggest joke I have ever seen. \r

The Better Business Bureau is definitely getting a call from me.
