He not only addressed our needs for our service call, he went the extra mile to suggest methods for ongoing maintenance and preventative care. Although there were items that I have little doubt that most plumbers would have repaired without a second thought, David provided alternative actions that we could take that resulted in no repairs and zero expense for the service that Applewood provided on this date.\r \r Your policy of not charging a service call fee is refreshing and sends a message for intent to do the right thing for the customer.
