Review content:
We had our heat go out late on a Thursday night when we were leaving town the next day. I was concerned about getting someone out so early the next morning. We called Applewood in the am and they had someone there within an hour. The technician was very pleasant and respectful. He wore booties the entire time he was in our home. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We felt as if he gave us a fair assessment of the damages and a fair price and did not try to upsell us on anything but what we needed. The service was complete within an hour and he was on his way! They give great coupons and referral discounts as well. I would always recommend Applewood to my friends and family. In fact I would insist on it!
