Applewood Plumbing and Heating is hands down one of the most professional companies out there. Bottom line...if you have ever felt safe having your wife at home alone when a service company comes to your home for something, THIS IS THAT COMPANY!
I was blown away when they offered to send a photo of the service guy's picture via email, prior to his arrival. That way you know who you are to expect, and what they look like. All their info is right there. No ""creepy"" surprises! That was just over the top for us!
Also want to mention that we have two huge dogs in our house...obviously they track dirt and such in the house. The service guy totally insisted on putting boot covers on his shoes prior to coming into the house! Each and every time he came and went, the covers went off and on. CRAZY respect that they showed us! WILL USE THEM AGAIN! Highly recommend!
