Review content:
While I was impressed by the professionalism of Applewood's staff and technicians, I was surprised by the high price coupled with the great reviews. It seemed that the reviews have increasingly become more and more positive--and after receiving their service I became aware of the reason behind these overtly glowing reviews: they personally offeryou a $25.00 gift card if you write a review highlighting your positive experience. \r \r In my opinion, any company that would bribe their customers to write positive reviews is one that should be approached with caution. \r \r Applewood does great work, but at a premium price. This fact was well documented in older customer reviews--up until the time that Applewood began to offer gift cards in return for positive reviews. On a side note I find it fascinating that so manyof the recent reviews highlight ""fair pricing.""\r \r So, again, if you want quality service and price is not an issue, choose Applewood. I am very satisfied with their work. I just can't give them more than a couple of stars because of this deceitful practice.
