Outstanding Customer Service, attention to detail and honest, respectful service. I scheduled a regular maintenance call as part of my Gold Customer benefits and learned that I had to have an entire motor replace. Before doing anything my service technician, Chris, sat us down to tell us what was wrong, explain the options and then proceeded to wait at my house for two hours until the right part needed was delivered and then installed. He was friendly and confident in me knowing that with this replacement I would saving money in the long run monthly not to mention needing an emergency service call in the dead of winter! I recommend Applewood to all my friends and neighbors and will continue to have them as my go to for any plumbing/heating and AC needs. I just need them to start doing sprinkler service!!!
