Review content:
We had recently moved in to our home and the boiler in our home heating system was not working properly and I wasn't sure who to call. The previous owner had given us a file of home repairs and warranties and I found receipts for maintance on the boiler by Applewood Plumbing and Heating so I called. Julie took my call and sold me. She assured me that they had very experienced technicians who were very familiar with boiler systems and that they would come out and check it out. Dave came out and looked the whole system over and told me that there was some parts that needed to be replaced to get it working but that over all it was in good condition. The boiler is working fine now but we will need to have a few more parts replaced over the next year or so to keep it in top working order. The repairs that we needed were done and not anything extra. Dave went over with me the things that will need to be replaced in the future and about how much they will cost and about when they will need to be done. He also explained how my boiler sytems works and I now know how to tell if it is working properly, how to maintain it, and what will need to be done in the future. Thanks Dave and Applewood.
