I needed a basic AC Tune-up and cleaning service done since I'd neglected to do so for the past 5 years. I called around to several local companies and decided on Applewood - I'm glad I did. They were willing to work with my schedule and got me an appointment the same week even though this was not an emergency issue. Other companies were telling me about 2 weeks out. In addition I saw an online Tom Martino video specifically about AC tuneups and the extensive checklist they go through. They were running a special so the price was great.\r

Without a doubt, the best service call I have ever experienced. They called within an hour of the technician getting here to let me know he would arrive soon. Then asked if I would like an email with the picture and certifications. I said absolutely. Within seconds I was reading an impressive list of qualifications and seeing the picture of the person who would be doing the work. He arrived in the planned time window and got right to work. Extremely professional and he did an excellent job. When everything was finished he went over everything he had done and showed me on a written checklist and answered all the questions I had. \r

I have had many service techs out to my house over the years for various reasons and I can without a doubt say Applewood gave me the best impression and customer service. They went beyond what was necessary and I will be doing business with them in the future. I'm running the AC right now and it's working great!\r
