Review content:
I can remember back almost 10 years ago when Border Grill opened. The food was GREAT, the employees were curteous and efficient and the restaurant offered a clean environment. Today's Border Grill isn't as great of an experience and slightly less than satisfactory would be the current assessment. The quality of the food varies from day to day. Some days you get great quality food. Other days the flavors are just not there. \r

Beyond the food I have have experienced some poor service and one incident where an employee was inredibly rude making an unflattering comment about me that I overheard as I walked out the door. I was extremely embarassed and hurt. Also, I don't often eat at the restaurant. I much prefer getting the food to go as the plates, silverwear and drink wear often look filthy. \r

I know this seems like a scathing review but Border Grill is worth the try. It's been around for nearly 10 years now like I said and everyone loves it.
