I bought a new (used) car a little over a year ago and it recently decided to break down. It was undriveable due to some electrical problems and a failed part that had to do with the throttle body. Luckily my car was still under warranty. I was referred to Aspen Auto Clinic by a friend who also had a great experience with them. They turned what was a terrible experience into a very easy and managable one. The customer service I received was exceptional and above and beyond any other garage I have ever taken my car. Shawna was especially great and helped guide me through the process of towing my car to the shop and getting my claim submitted for the repair. She really made it painless for me. Not only did they do a fast job while setting me up in a rental car while mine was in the shop, but they also called me with frequent updates and charged me way less than any of the estimates I received elsewhere. I enjoyed their service so much that I won't take my car anywhere else in the future. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone who needs work on their vehicle whether it be minor maintenance or a major repair.
