We were in a crisis about a broken washer/dryer and were promised a replacement in 10 days. Five weeks later we finally received our purchase.

I'm sorry to hear you waited longer than expected. I see the unique size that you needed made it so that we did not have the units in stock at the time of your order. We try very hard to give our customers a true and accurate portrayal of how long it will take to get items to Anchorage and usually we hit the mark well. I apologize that in this case we were not able to do so. Thank you for your feedback, as it will help us to improve the lead times we give our customers.
