I want to thank Budget Blinds for another flawless transaction! Ten years ago, I had wood blinds installed on a previous home I owned, and everything was top-knotch -- the product, the installation, the service, etc. This time was no different. On this house, the owner showed me a new product that would repel dust and be easier to lift for access to the windows. They arrived when expected, were installed perfectly and I love them. The owner brought all of the colors, styles, borders in and we held them up to see what would look best. What we chose was perfect for this house and everyone that sees them agrees. Originally, I selected Budget Blinds because the owner at the time was a parent of a student I had taught. I had gotten to know her through parent/teacher conferences and thought she was a person I could trust. It was true, and when I went to use the company again, I found the new owner to be the same type of person. He was knowledgeable about the product, had excellent taste, and was someone that was so nice, I felt like I had known him for years. I didn't have the chance to meet the installer, but judging from the installation and the cleanlieness of the window sills and carpet below the windows, he was extremely professional. I have recommended Budget Blinds to everyone I know, and because I live on a street that is just being built up now, I'm assuming I will have more window covering conversations. I noticed that after I had my blinds installed, the Budget Blind van was across the street installing blinds a few weeks later! I didn't talk to those neighbors, but people trust companies used by their neighbors (especially if the van doesn't have to show up a million times trying to correct mistakes). :-) My experiences with Budget Blinds has been one that I only wish I could have with every company I need to deal with when caring for a home.
