On September 2, David Baker arrived at my house to restore air-conditioning that had stopped the morning before on Labor Day. He immediately started diagnosing the problem at the heat pump and had replaced the compressor, a relay, and another cylinder in a matter of minutes. He continued to check the entire unit with precise and careful analysis; he examined the furnace unit in the utility room...and checked the house thermostat...all within a little over an hour! He was courteous, extremely pleasant, and so, so knowledgeable. What efficiency!!! He is absolutely a huge asset to the Woodfin organization! Lynn Myers
