I'ved lived there for 2 1/2 years now.......I fight with raoches and Spiders every night and day! Mold and Mildew took over my closet str8 up destroyed my everything in the closets told them of the matter. They advised my for the roaches and spiders use their pest control service but it seem like when that comes to spray the roaches comes out even harder even in my refridgerator. I have asthma and the mold and mildew smell OMG kills me. I had my carpet cleaned shampooed at my expense and still no results. They Maintenance guy advised my that if I spray vinegar diluted with water in the molded areas it clear things up!!!!! NOT. Also after your lease is up and your renewal time comes be prepared for your rent to go up everytime you renew your lease rather it is 6 or 12 months. DON'T DO IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO TO WAR WITH ROACHES, MOLD AND MILDEW.
